Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. However, please be aware that customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied once the shipment reaches your country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Adabloom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for your claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense.
